Do you need my Google password?

No. You add us as a Manager on your profile, and you can remove us anytime.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

Nobody can promise rankings. An active, complete profile with reviews and replies is what Google's own guidance recommends, and it's what customers trust.

Do you reply to bad reviews too?

Yes, calmly and professionally. We'll check with you first on anything sensitive.
